4. how to use
- Use the Toothbrush along with a good toothpaste (we recommend the revolutionary PÄRLA
PÄRLA PRO WHITE Toothpaste Tablets - Brush twice a day for 2 minutes, being sure to clean every surface of each tooth.
- To protect tooth enamel, dentists recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing, to allow your saliva to neutralise the acids from food and drink.
- It is recommended to change your toothbrush every 3 months.
- Suitable for use by adults and children.
