4. how to use
MenoFriend® should be taken for a minimum of 60 days to give time for your body to adapt, and can be taken over the long term.
Take two capsules each day, together or separately, in the morning, daytime or evening - but is most commonly taken in the evening for best results.
WARNING - MenoFriend® should not be taken with anticoagulants (blood thinners).
