• Cleanse your face.
• Open the pouch and remove the film from the bottom mask (for lower part of face).  Align with your mouth and press gently into place.
• Remove the film of the top mask (for upper part of face).  Align with eyes and press gently into place.
• Leave on until it becomes transparent (at least 3-4 hours, or overnight for best results) and then remove carefully.

Can be used daily - and recommended for use at least once a week for best results.
