4. how to use
- Pop an Original Toothpaste Tablet and chew for 5 seconds, without swallowing, before
brushing with a wet toothbrush and spitting as usual when finished. - Brush twice a day for 2 minutes, being sure to clean every surface of each tooth.
- To protect tooth enamel, dentists recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing, to allow your saliva to neutralise the acids from food and drink.
- 1 tablet per application.
- Suitable for use by adults and children.
