  • Wild Collagen Powder has a neutral taste and dissolves completely.
  • We recommend a dose of 5g to 10g per day for optimal results.
  • Simply add 1 Ritual Scoop - or 2 heaped teaspoons - into any hot or cold drink - or sprinkle onto food.  The powder will stir in best if you add it to the liquid (rather than adding liquid to the powder) and wait about 30 seconds before stirring.
  • Different types of Collagen serve different purposes in the body.
